A Related Group venture, The W Hotel Fort Lauderdale Residence sales office and design showroom interior build out. The project encompassed the remodel and build out of the sales office and showroom for the condo-hotel sales a 1200 square foot space designed for the residential sales. The program was lead by The Related Group. VAD partnered with Related to do the buildout of the space which resulted in a beautiful space that served as sales office and showroom for the new residences.
