Our clients have relied on Ventura Architecture and Development for their architecture and construction needs. Michael Ventura, the firms founder, is a member of the NCARB and American Society of Interior Design (ASID). He is a State of Florida licensed General contractor LIC. CGC060048 and is also licensed in the States of Tennessee, Texas Arizona and Georgia. The design and construction planning offices are headquartered in Broward County Florida in the city of Davie. The firm consists of the Architecture group with four creative in-house Architecture Drafters. The Construction Group with a Construction estimator and Manager. The Development/Planning group with Superintendents each having a labor assistant and finally the Financial Department with an in house Accounting Comptroller. Together, the firm offers a complete design and build service to our valued clients.

Architecture
The firm believes that Architecture is a collaboration of creative design, function and lifestyle. V.A.D. specializes in joining forces with clients to reach their project's goal while working within their budgetary parameters and time frame. The firm understands the need to create viable commercial, residential and mixed-use environments that produce a valued return on investment. It is our main priority that each project is delivered on time and within budget. The firm's founder and principal architect takes pride in overseeing all designs and gives our clients a personal experience throughout the entire process.
Development
The firm offers a true - full service Planning and Development package that encompasses everything from the design stage through building completion. This allows us to incorporate creative uses of planning regulations related to the urban and architectural codes for each project. V.A.D.'s construction and design team work closely to ensure time frames are met and costs are within budget. The firm has developed an expertise in commercial build outs because our priority is quality workmanship kept within budget and On-Time openings!

Michael A Ventura
Founder
Mike Ventura is the founder and principal of Ventura Architecture and Development Inc. Mike founded the firm in 1998 and has been the Principal-in-Charge of design and development ever since. VAD is a full service architectural and development firm providing a vast array of services to commercial and residential clients.
Educated at Oklahoma State University, Mike earned degrees in both Architecture and Interior Design and is licensed in the States of Florida,Tennessee, Arizona and Georgia. In addition, Mike is a licensed General Contractor for the State of Florida as well as a licensed Home Inspector. He began his career working on residential design and development projects in West Palm Beach and later Miami where he established his talent in residential and commercial design. He has spent the last 19 years creating a proficiency in the architectural and development field working with a wide range of projects from residential to commercial where he has developed an expertise.
